Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final
Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, you will be offered either:

A refund of the ticket price (excluding fees unless required by law), or

A credit toward a future event, if available.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may only be offered if required by applicable law.
4. Venue or Promoter Changes
Changes in performers, supporting acts, seating configuration, or venue do not qualify for refunds.
5. Lost or Stolen Tickets
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement may be offered at our discretion.
6. Denial of Entry
Refunds are not provided if you are denied entry due to:

Violation of venue rules

Intoxication

Incorrect or insufficient identification

Arriving late after doors have closed
7. Service Fees
Service charges, processing fees, and delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
